Our Company Story
D. H. Gustafson Company was founded by Dan Gustafson in 1968 to design, construct, manage residential housing and commercial office space in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, and the South Metro area. His goal, then and now, is to serve every resident with hometown friendliness and world-class service.

As the designer and builder of many of our communities, he created unique living environments from the ground up, featuring private entries and garages, central air conditioning, and washers and dryers in living units, all designed with the convenience of our residents in mind. Many of our employees have been with us since the 1980s and 1990s, carrying on our tradition of high standards of service to our residents. Each member of our team understands the importance you place on cleanliness, friendly service, quality management, and prompt follow-through on your service requests.
